By submitting your personal information through this website, you shall be consenting to it being processed in the manner described below. Information we collect and how we use it:


  • Visitors who do not register: we do log the IP address of the user’s computer on This is a security feature to enable us to track malicious activity on the site and block the IP address of perpetrators. These IP addresses are stored on the server, in report form, for seven days after which time they are deleted automatically by the server.
  • Registered visitors (“members” or “users”): we collect and store the personally identifiable information provided through the registration process. We also collect and store all the information provided on third parties’ personally identifiable information, such as that of your club shooters, for the purpose of entering the leagues and competitions run on this website. We only disclose publicly on this site the name and gender provided, the club affiliation, and results of league participants. Information on gender (and year of birth of juniors) is also collected and available to members of the organising committees/associations of the competitions managed on this site but not shown publicly, unless a participant’s title is selected. We may disclose personal information if we are required to do so by law or we, in good faith, believe that such action is necessary to a) comply with the law or legal process, b) protect and defend our rights and property, and c) protect against misuse or unauthorised use of Anyone may request a digital copy of the information we have about them by submitting a personal data request. Data retention


We will delete any personal user account held on that is not used for a period of three years. Deleting that personal account will only delete that user’s personal information. This will not delete any other data such as club, association, or participant information added by that user. Any club or association account on that has been inactive for a period of three years will be deleted. This will also remove any shooters associated with the club account. Any shooter that is deleted along with the club’s account will have all their data removed apart from their name, club affiliation, and results. Their results history will not be deleted and will remain displayed publicly. Anyone has the right to have all their personally identifiable information deleted from this site. Data on this site is not shared with any third party whatsoever. Data is secured through a SSL certificate with passwords stored as a ‘hash’ – a one-way encryption method that cannot be decrypted. We have no access to passwords and are unable to remind users of their passwords. Data is maintained on using every appropriate security update available. uses no third-party companies at all, whether for advertising, software, or for marketing. We are entirely independent and no data is shared externally whatsoever. Personally identifiable data of league participants (club officials/shooters) is accessible to league and competition organisers who are then responsible for the security of that data under GDPR once it is in their care.
