  • How 'Help' works
    This site is colour-coded and the help provided in this Help panel has the same colour headings that relate to each aspect of the site. Click on the links below the headings to open up the help text. You can close the text by clicking on the link again.
  • Error Message 'Not recognised' when I try to log in
    This message is shown when you have entered your email address or password incorrectly. Be sure that you have entered your password correctly as it should be case-sensitive. If you have forgotten you login details enter your email address into the input box under 'Forgot Username or Password?'. The system will send you an email link to reset your password if it recognises your email address, should you have an account in the system. If you have forgotten the email address that was used to create your account please contact Tech Support.
  • I can't remember if I have an account
    If you think you have an account on this system, whether recently or in the past, it is advisable that you try and log in to that account. Creating another account in your name will mean that any information held on your old account will not be included in your new account. If you aren't sure, then do contact Tech Support as we will be able to check to see if you do have an account.

    You can also add your email address to the Email Address input field at the bottom of the Login panel and press Send. If your email address is held on the system you will be sent an email to help you recover your account.
